What you will need:
*Fruit
*Yoghurt
*Smoothie maker (or blender?)
*Orange juice (optional)
*A glass and a Straw (Cos lets face it, it adds more fun to it!)
I didn't choose the low fat yoghurt on purpose, I was simply just being cheap as its literally £1 from Tesco's (haha!) however I was being particular with buying frozen fruit and the reason being is because I'm not really a fruit person, and fresh fruit would mostly go off. Strawberries and Blueberries are my absolute fave fruits so a win for me! But you can use whatever fruit you fancy :).
So I was feeling particularly vitamin C-y so I decided to add some to my smoothie this time, which makes it more liquid-y instead of it being thick, but it is really up to you.
Et Voila!
Ze piece de resistance!

p.s. Can you tell I didn't do french at school? hehehe
p.p.s If you do decide to use fresh fruit add a couple of ice cubes to make it a little bit thicker
I hope you enjoy! (:
